A chicken consommé with vegetable mirepoix, foie gras, chicken breast, and truffle, all covered in burnished puff pastry!
During the hands-on cooking class you will:
1- Prepare a “Soupe V.G.E” and Taste paired Burgundy wines
2- Share your preparation over dinner with other fellows
3- Taste a surprise dessert made by the Chef
4- Get recipes, linguistic experience with French cooking verbiage explanation and practice
